The company's incorporation does not, by itself, grant any right to practice its purpose until the necessary licenses have been obtained from the competent authorities, in a manner that does not conflict with the laws regulating this activity.

Brokerage for the land freight of goods and equipment (excluding the operation of domestic or international passenger or goods land transport), and transport services within Egypt or abroad — carried out only after registration in the carriers' registry and obtaining the licenses required to practice the activity from the Land Transport Regulatory Authority (domestic and international).
